I am personally much less tolerant of human personality differences because LLMs mean that if the other person is mostly providing additional capacity, I no longer need the other person.
At one of my jobs, nobody wants to bother onboarding the new people as LLMs make it easier to just do their work rather than deal with a confused new person.
Maybe it won't matter so much as people will become more utilitarian in work, but by contrast and consequence have more to give to their personal lives.
Hopefully we will continue to remember we are humans and behave that way. Otherwise we are obsolete.
I lean towards the latter.
