Shifting to GPT 5.4 feels like my top performing employee just went on vacation and now I have to deal with complete incompetence in comparison.
Yesterday someone said "stop posting claude outages" in hn.
But they are extremely disruptive because it's like having half the engineering staff walk out randomly, so I get why people want to post this.
